Mounting walls with substructure made of sheet steel profiles and plasterboard panels on both sides
Metal stud wall systems are tailored to the application requirements by varying the plating quality, the number of slab layers and the stud work.
Metal stud wall systems are used as non-load-bearing internal partitions and meet the requirements of the application:
“Dry” hollow floor system made of high-strength GIFAfloor gypsum fibre elements on hollow floor supports.
The hollow floor system GIFAfloor FHB is ideal for particularly fast construction. The high-strength gypsum fibre elements, designed as a single-layer or two-layer support layer, are mounted directly on the support elements and glued together. Very high cavities up to 119 cm are possible (depending on support). Depending on the version, requirements up to load class 12.5 are met.
Preference is given to using “dry” hollow floors in office and administration buildings when it comes to construction sites or when very high loads are applied.
Also in computer centres, training and research rooms as well as in workshops and production areas, they are often used. With the appropriate design requirements for sound, heat and fire protection can be met. It is also possible to ventilate, heat or cool the building via a “dry” hollow floor system.
Knauf exterior wall systems consist of a substructure with corrosion-protected sheet steel profiles and planking of Aquapanel boards/gypsum plasterboards.
Knauf exterior wall systems meet all the requirements of non-supporting exterior walls. Due to the low weight, the high insulation effect and the non-combustible system components, they are suitable for a wide variety of building types.
